I resent the idea that men are scum. Nobody said that Robb... eat too many bakewell tarts today?? I'm just observing a trend that I find distasteful, and it started with my aunt's boyfriend who sleazed on our whole family and friends over Christmas, now I find out they're getting married. Fuck sake, it just hit home that practically every guy I've ever met was the same. Grrr. But, there are some sweeties out there. They're still pervs though ;D I had a long, honest chat with the guy I was seeing over the summer about this, and really, most men agree in the end. Anyways, I didn't want to start a feud. Or did I? |

Exactly, not all men are scum, and not all women are bitches, but ya have to agree that there are quite a lot of bitches and bastards out there and are itching to piss on everyone they meet. I know I've met a fair few of them in my time. Then again being a bitch is sometimes the only way to get rid of the clingons that just wont leave you alone even after you've tried to be nice to them and tell them that you're not interested or whatever. Either way it's all a pile of shite and i'm gonna die surrounded by cats  |

and by way of a ps, that cat last night was terrified of the two of us, so that must mean we're destined for better things... and it was a black cat, which means good luck cause it certainly crossed our paths, however strangely it chose to do so. I haven't screamed that loud since... hmmm.

People please remember the maths behind it:
All women want the perfect man. Hes attentative, he is understanding, he is warm compassionate and helps old ladies ross the road whilst cooking you the perfect breakfast and kissing you from head to toe. Now the realty fairy would like to point out that the majority of men are not like that. Id say at most AT MOST, 10% of men are like that. So you have say 80-90% of women looking for 10% of men. Statistically that aint gonna work out well for everyone, and thats not factoring in age, height, weight, sexual orientation. Its just not feasible. Its the same for men.
All men are not scum and all women are not bitches. I know I dont consider myself scum, I certainly would not class me as the perfect man, wish I was, but I have to face the truth I have as many short-falls as most of the others.
Either way just realise that things will eventually work out. Its karmic justice and the nature of equilibrium

I think that if I were with someone who was "perfect" they'd, number 1 - drive me insane and number 2 - make me feel completely inadequate cos I'm not perfect. All I want is someone who can treat me with a lil respect and not be an arsehole/shallow. I know that there are plenty of guys out there like that, it's just a matter of actually finding one. |
