Hey all, were getting on great here in Norway. The album is sounding great, and were confident that it is by far our best recording yet. The producers, Kjetil and Stein are really inspirational to work with, and the songs are sounding bigger than ever. The Norwegian people are very welcoming and friendly and they seem to love Irish people. We did our first Norwegian live show on Friday and it went better than we had ever expected with a capacity crowd going mad from beginning to end, we were really blown away by the enthusiasm, and a lot of the people we talked to practically demanded that we do an album launch gig here, so we are looking into that. Theres also a great festival here called Quart festival and we are in talks about getting a slot. Weve had a newspaper article printed in Norways 4th biggest paper, a student filmaker did a project on the band and we have an interview for National Norwegian T.V. tomorrow. So all in all the trip has been more succesful than we could have imagined. Looking forward to seeing you all soon.

Yeah I know you just said that for the controversial nature of the reply, but bro seriously not cool at all!! There is actually no way that could even be found funny.
Dana, the stardust was a fire that happened in Dublin 25 years ago this year in which 48 people died. The stardust was a nightclub/disco in Coolock that caught fire on St Valentines day 1981. The fire ripped through the building killing 48 people.
Basically there is nothing funny about it at all!

The following song written and performed by Christy Moore was banned in Ireland due to legal implications.
Christy Moore "They Never Came Home"
Now St. Valentine's Day comes around once a year, our thoughts turn to love as the time it draws near; when sweethearts and darlings, husbands and wives, pledge love and devotion for the rest of their lives.
As the day turns to evening soon nightime does fall, young people get ready for the Valentine's Ball. As the night rings with laughter some families still mourn the forty eight children who never came home.
Have we forgotten the suff'ring and pain of the survivors and the victims of the fire in Artaine; the mothers & fathers forever to mourn the forty eight children who never came home.
Well t'was down to the Stardust they all made their way, the bouncers looked on as they lined up to pay; The records were spinning there was dancin as well, just how the fire started sure no one can tell. In a matter of seconds confusin did rain, the room was in darkness, fire exits were chained. The firefighters wept for they could not hide their sorrow and anger for those left inside
Have we forgotten the suff'ring and pain of the survivors and the victims of the fire in Artaine the mothers & fathers forever to mourn the forty eight children who never came home.
Throughout the city the bad news had spread - "there's a fire in the Stardust, with forty eight dead. Hundreds of children are injured and maimed, and all just because the fire exits were chained". Our leaders were shocked, grim statements were made they shed tears by the graves as the bodies were laid. The injured have waited in vain for four years, it seems like our leaders shed crocodile tears.
Have we forgotten the suff'ring and pain of the survivors and the victims of the fire in Artaine the mothers & fathers forever to mourn the forty eight children who never came home.
Half a million was paid in solicitors fees a fortune for the owner and his family; it's hard to believe that not one penny came to the working class people who suffered the pain. The days turned to weeks, and the weeks turned to years - our laws favour the rich, or so it appears. A mother still waits for her kids to come home; injustice breeds anger, that's what's been done.
Let us remember the suff'ring and pain of the survivors and the victims of the fire in Artaine. The mothers & fathers forever to mourn the forty eight children who never came home.

Well were back in Eíre, and happy to be home and back on solid ground! A meter of snow is great for a week or so, but it starts to get annoying after that! Especially when we had to do a lot of walking. Norway is an exceptionally beautiful country, with a rich culture, breathtaking scenery and some of the most friendly warm and welcoming people we have ever met ( also some of the sexiest women in the world!), we wont ever forget the friends we have made there and we will most definately be back in the near future. Our good friends at Pa Hjornet, Charlees Bar and Kick restaurant who kept us fed and watered for the 2 weeks! And everyone in Kristiansand and Venesla, everyone a legend!
The album is sounding great, we could not be happier with the recording, Stein and Kjetil have been just inspirational to work with and we are truly humbled by their selfless dedication to producing the best recording we have ever made. We are really looking forward to hearing the final masters in the next week or so, and we think you will all be pleasantly surprised (as we were) with some of the recordings and guests on the album. It is an exciting time for Primed, we feel that this is the start of the career we have worked towards for five years as Primed and for over ten years as musicians, so needless to say we are proceeding with trepidation but also with guile. Massive thanks are due to all who have supported us and pushed us to this point, everyone of our devoted friends, fans, compatriots and co-conspirators. We are indebted to and love every single one of yiz!
