Can't i have training on saturdays, Saturdays and sundays are not my friend, crazy long runs, weights, you get the picture. Hangovers are not good. Skagovers are worse. But fuck it it's Paddy's Day i know, but the oul coach doesn't like it when i do fuck all and moan about how bad i feel. What are you guys doing?

well it was €15 to see the Upgrades on their own last week, which is fucking shocking considering they play for €2 in fibbers!! i havent heard the Beat but i hear they're great. the Upgrades rule! (shit, i hope it aint an offence to talk about other pubs and clubs so much on this thing)

The Beat are fantastic, and they're both Ska bands. Well worth €20.
