poor you i only got your myspace bulliten now so whats wrong with it?? I was sparring in training last night. Didn't wear handwraps, never do actually, and hit a guy REALLY hard in the scull. Didn't mean to hit him really hard but it was a good, solid punch and he was moving in so the result was hard! Anyway, broke the 3rd metacarple in my right hand and now it's in a cast and I'm going to climb a bell tower and start shooting ants!!! |

Sorry, terminology, getting rocked is when you're hit hard and are just on the verge of being knocked out. You see a big flash of white light, kind of loose where you are and then loads of tiny little stars. Honestly, you do see stars!!!
