i didnt realise we had to 'best describe' it, its just that i've smelt an unclean labrador and thats what its like.

Like a placenta has been shoved in the airvent for over a decade, some rats tried to eat it, but it was the afterbirth of a Demon child, so it burned through the rats intestines spilling rat shit all over the air vents, this mixed with the stingy rings of fibbers make for a very pleasant whiff indeed.
