No interest in Irish history, politics, or economy. Sorry. That film reminds me of skangers in celtic jerseys singing "The fields of Athenry" adding in the IRA bits, idiots.

It's actually a very good film, but very biased in it's take on Irish history. If you just watch it a a film with a good story line it's good.

well if he does find offence then at least we know he's a skanger, but i doubt he will because he'll just incriminate himself.
and it wasn't aimed at tom anyway

I'm not saying that. Associating Irish history and politics with Celtic jersey wearing skangers will be enough!
I must say though, I feel the same!

They need to seriously cop themselves on though most of them don't even know what happened, they think it's just years of slavery. RETARDS

aww..I like that movie
Terribly inaccurate in some parts but that is just makes it enjoyable and accessable to a larger audience. Its all about the cash kiddies.
Though does julia roberts play his burd in that? She does annoy me a bit....

Just because a small number of Celtic fans are skangers, doesn't mean we all are. Thats like saying anyone who like Marlyn Manson is a Satinist. I don't remember anyone in Michael Collins wearing a celtic jersey. Anyway it wasn't until the 20's that celtic became the main Irish team in Scotland, it was Hibs till then
