So yeah I was bought tickets for my bday to go see Life of Agony by the bodacious Ramona (thankees darling) so along I trundled to the TMBC.

You know if Id stayed home, shat on my hand and then liquefied it for further drinking, I would feel better.

The gig was BAD!! And not in a Hip way. It was BAD! Vocals were indecipherable. The lead singer was off his tits on something and a lil drunk. The band (I felt) didnt have any on stage chemistry and the set was a little over an hour long. Do I feel robbed, NO. I got to spend time with Ramona, and Rob and Rachel and Rjohn and Rhelmut. I had a nice meal beforehand and even though I was tired and very badly hungover, it was a great evening, friends wise!! Musically it sucked and I will not be buying another LOA album. My god I reckon MCR would have been better and they're bollox!!!

I did notice a guy with a beard a bit like mine and I was gonna go over and tug it whilst yelling copycat at him, but he was big and angry looking and would probably eat me!!

Ah no I thought some bits were ok.Some of the songs were good. I thought the interaction was there from everyone but the singer..and drummer (thats not fair!)

My childhood was ripped apart little by little last night. They sucked donkey's balls. A few, eensie times, they got it together for about a minute, and were actually quite tight, but holy schizzlesticks Batman, I haven't felt that let down in a long time. I think I was 19 and we'd waited for months... hahahaaa...

Caputo was wrecked. Baaad. And I got to go to work for twelve hours with a sprained ankle. Life of fucking agony indeed.

glad i didnt go to the gig, but the dinner was great. at least the first part of your evening was good, and that just happened to be the part of the evening that i was there for. coincidence? i think not!

Keith Caputo is a whining motherfucker. This is probably the worst gig I've even been to. And I went to see Massive Attack in the RDS.

Like Ramona said, they got it together for 30 seconds or a minute, then he fucked it up by singing like shit. The rest of the band sounded fine from where I was, and I really enjoyed the music, but LoA was always about the lyrics too, and that Caputo dicksmack wouldn't sing them properly.

Ah well. At least Yamamori was nice. The tofu and buckwheat noodles were really nice. Lots of tasty avocado. Shame about the Yasai Gyoza.

Shame about the you motherfuckers were meant to have eaten before I got there... muesli is no substitute for a nice Yaki Soba, I was drooling all night in work. We had the worst curry ever for dinner.

Still fuming over LoA, just telling the flatser about it, he wasn't exactly shocked however, being of the encyclopaedic muso type. Hahaaa. Kerbdog and the CMX boys better make up for it...
